Makes 1 (9-inch) quiche.

Prep time: 10 minutes – cook time: 45 minutes
1 9-in. unbaked frozen pie crust
¼ cup Big Y frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
¼ cup Big Y frozen broccoli florets, thawed and finely chopped
¼ cup frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and finely chopped
6 Big Y eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup Big Y half and half
¼ cup Big Y frozen diced onions, thawed
½ cup Big Y bacon, cooked and crumbled
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
– Big Y salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375˚F. Step 2: Bake frozen pie crust for 5 minutes; remove from oven and set
aside. Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over partially baked crust.
Step 4: Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and set. If necessary, during the last 10 minutes of cooking time, cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.
Step 5: Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
