Ingredients:
12 World Classics Trading Company frozen easy peel shrimp, defrosted and cooked
1⁄2 cup CalavoŽ Guacamole
1 small onion, minced
2 tablespoons oregano
2 medium round tomatoes, hollowed out
Instructions:
Step 1: Mince cooked shrimp.
Step 2: Mix shrimp with guacamole, onion and oregano.
Step 3: Fill each tomato with the shrimp mixture.
