These grilled wraps are wonderful. they are thanksgiving dinner all in one & simple enough to make anytime.
(Use any one of the following)
3 1/4 inch slices of Italian Turkey Breast from deli
or
2 packages Turkey Cutlets
or
3 cups leftover cooked Turkey
----------
1 Package of Stove Top Stuffing
1 Can Big Y Cranberry Sauce
6 Large Wraps/Tortillas
Cooking spray
Olive Oil
Margarine
Bells seasoning
Paprika
Onion powder
Salt & Pepper
2 Cans or Packets of Turkey Gravy
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package & set aside. Heat olive oil & margarine in a skillet to melt. Season turkey on both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder & Bells seasoning. Fry cutlets until cooked through (if using precooked turkey just fry until heated through) Slice turkey into 1/2 inch strips & set aside.
Prepare turkey gravy.
Place 1/6th of turkey, a large spoonful of stuffing & a spoonful of cranberry sauce in center of each wrap. Wrap like a burritos. Spray skillet with cooking spray & grill filled wraps on each side.
Serve with hot turkey gravy for dipping.
