Ingredients:

4 cups Fresh Express® Fancy Field Greens™
4 medium-size Roma (plum) tomatoes, sliced
4 ounces Sorrento® fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped
¼ cup fresh basil, sliced
Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
Big Y ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare four small salads by placing 1 cup of field greens on four individual plates.
2. On top of salad greens, arrange slices of one tomato and 1⁄4 of chopped mozzarella (1 ounce) in alternating pattern.
3. Sprinkle one tablespoon of basil over each plate.
4. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over each salad.
5. Sprinkle with ground pepper to taste.
