Ingredients:

1 can (28 ounces) Bush’s® Vegetarian Baked Beans
½ medium red onion, chopped
½ medium orange bell pepper, chopped
½ medium green bell pepper, chopped
3 Roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Big Y salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Gently combine baked beans, red onion, orange pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, lemon juice and hot sauce in a large bowl.
2. Season with garlic, salt and pepper and stir.
3. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour prior to serving.
