Spice Cake - Make It Simple

This recipe can be made up to 5 days ahead of time and stored, tightly covered at room temperature

Ingredients:

1 box spice cake mix
1/3 cup Big Y vegetable oil
3 Big Y eggs, slightly beaten
1 15-ounce jar Big Y applesauce
1 cup Big Y raisins
— Big Y nonstick cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix about 2 minutes or until blended evenly. Pour mixture into a well-greased 6-quart bundt pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turn out onto a cake rack and let cool.
