Mashed Sweet Potatoes - Make It Simple

Description:

This recipe can be made up to 4 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. reheat in a 325?f oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients:

1 29-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 cup Big Y brown sugar
1/3 cup Big Y butter, softened
1 teaspoon Big Y vanilla extract
1/2 cup World Classics whipping cream
1 teaspoon Big Y salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350?F.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
