1 29-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained
3/4 cup Big Y brown sugar
1/3 cup Big Y butter, softened
1 teaspoon Big Y vanilla extract
1/2 cup World Classics whipping cream
1 teaspoon Big Y salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Preheat oven to 350?F.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
