Description:
This recipe can be made up to 4 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. reheat in a 325°f oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients:
4	cups (about 3 large) sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
3/4 cup Big Y brown sugar
1/3 cup Big Y butter, softened
1 teaspoon Big Y vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Big Y ground cinnamon
1/2 cup World Classics whipping cream
1 teaspoon Big Y salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. 
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Over medium-high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and mash with potato masher. Combine the mashed sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes
