Description:
Potatoes may be made 1 day ahead and stored, covered in the refrigerator. reheat potatoes, tightly covered, in a preheated 500°f oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.

Ingredients:
—	instant mashed potatoes, prepared for 4 servings
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, chopped
1 Tablespoon La Cucina olive oil
— Big Y salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add mushrooms, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
