2 pounds fresh cranberries |
| Instructions: |
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Cook for approximately 15 minutes or until cranberries pop open. Skim foam off the top with a spoon and discard. Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes. Pour mixture into the serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. |
