Description:

You can do this recipe yesterday. It is a great one to get your family to eat cooked carrots. Try it, they will love it! I especially love this recipe on Thanksgiving. You will find it so easy to make that you'll make it with fish, beef, chicken and more.

Ingredients:

1 lb. carrots
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1stick Big Y butter
dash of ginger
3 tbsps. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

Cook carrots drain and mash. Combine all ingredients except milk into a blender. Beat until blended and smooth. Add milk, beat again. Pour into greased soufle dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until it is stiff and a toothpick comes out clean.
