Picking Up My BigY2GO Order
Pickup Time
You can set your Pickup Time by clicking the “Reserve Time Slot” link that is above the shopping cart, or when checking out. Be sure to click on the button next to “Pickup” and choose a fulfillment date and time.
Our pick up service is available 7 days a week. For orders available for pick up between 8am-10am your order must have been placed by 8pm the night before. For orders to be picked up between 10am-7:30pm we require a 4 hour lead time.
There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed within each pick up time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout. To be sure to get the most options, please reserve your time slot before placing your order.
Timeslot selections will expire:
- When the shopping session is idle for 60 minutes or more.
- When you close your browser window without completing your order.
- When you browse to another website in the current window.
Be careful not to shop past your timeslot’s “Order Before” time or your reserved timeslot will no longer be available.
NOTE: You can return to shopping at any time by clicking the “Back to Shopping” button.
Picking Up My Order
Drive up to the pickup location at your BigY2GO store for delivery of your order to your car by your personal shopper during your selected pickup time.

Payment
Payment will be required at the time of pickup, and you will be required to have identification for verification of credit card or check payments plus your Big Y Express Savings Club Card used to order online.
All valid manufacturer and store coupons and Express Reward Coins are welcome with your BigY2GO order. Please give your coupons and/or coins with your payment to your personal shopper and they will be deducted from the total price just like a traditional in-store checkout.
Payment Options
Big Y orders are not processed via an internet payment service. Your payment will be processed at our store once your order has been completed. You can choose to pay for your order either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, revolutioncard, Maestro, NYCE, QUEST), check, cash or Big Y Gift Cards.
