Scholarships

In a tribute to both its employees and customers, Big Y offers an annual Scholarship Program. This program awards over 300 scholarships each year, totaling more than $250,000. Established in 1981, the program includes a series of scholarships which honor Big Y’s founders; the late Paul H. D’Amour and his brother, Gerald D’Amour. Applications are available at Big Y from October through January each year, and are available to high school seniors, undergraduates, graduates, community college and non-traditional students.
