Cold Water Rock Lobster Tails

Cold waters are perfect for nurturing these premier tasting lobster tails. Nestled in a brilliant red colored shell, you’ll discover some of the sweetest, most succulent lobster meat. These cleaned, shucked and pristine lobster tails are ready for grilling, broiling and steaming with your favorite seasonings.
LIMITED TIME ONLY!

• Place thawed lobster tail top side up on a cutting board.
• Using kitchen shears, butterfly tail by cutting straight down the shell, making sure the shears are cutting only shell, not meat.
• Stop cutting at the base of tail (before you reach fan).
• Flip lobster over and make identical cut along the underside.
• With both cuts complete, cut across the fan part of the tail.
• Lift off the top part of the shell, which should remove easily.
