INGREDIENTS:
Bottom layer:
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1 Big Y Farm Fresh Egg
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Big Y Milk
1/2 cup Raspberry Jam
Topping:
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine
1 Big Y Farm Fresh Egg, well beaten
1 to 1-1/2 cups Coconut
1 teaspoon Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix ingredients for bottom layer together.
2. Spread in bottom of a greased 9 inch square pan.
3. Spread jam on bottom layers.
4. Mix together topping ingredients and spread over jam.
5. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes.
6. Cool slightly and cut in 1-1/2 x 2 inch squares.
7. Remove from pan with spatula and finish cooling.
8. Enjoy your Raspberry Squares!
