Fourteen Fresh Foods Development Managers from Big Y's Southern zone markets will be updating their beef knowledge at Beef Boot Camp with assistance from the National Cattleman's Beef Association with grilling season in full swing. It is a great time of year to stay abreast of current trends and customer inquiries with additional meal preparation and recipe training. This basic training will serve to augment and enhance the efforts of the entire store staff.
