"BIG Y TAILGATE PATROL" OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Dates of Contest: The contest will take place on September 12, September 26, October 17, October 31, November 28, December 5, 2009 during the period of 2-4 hours before the start of each football game. Game times are subject to change.
A member of the WTIC-AM/WTIC-FM/WZMX/WRCH promotions or sales staff will attend each UCONN football home game at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT at 615 Silver Lane in East Hartford, CT and during the above dates and times and will spot tailgaters in and around the stadium parking lots with the best Big Y World Class Market display. Display should include at least (5) five Big Y food products, and the Big Y logo on signs.
Prizes are awarded to the first (15) most creative Big Y displays, of the station’s choice. One winner per chosen tailgate group.
For no purchase necessary, alternate entry, please send a 3 x 5 card with your name, address and phone number to Big Y Tailgate Patrol, c/o CBS Radio, 10 Executive Dr., Farmington, CT 06032.
A person may only win once during this contest.
The contest is open to all Connecticut and Massachusetts residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Big Y, CBS Radio Inc., its licensee, subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Hartford, CT metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
A maximum of Fifteen (15) winners per game (90 total winners) will each receive a maximum of a $25 Big Y gift card and with the winner’s consent, he or she may have their picture with their tailgate displayed on the UCONN Football Jumbotron during that day’s game. ARV per prize: $25.00
Gift cards will be awarded on-location, during the home games at Rentschler Field.
There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
-Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
Winners will be selected as described above in section 1 of these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number Big Y World Class Market tailgater displays.
Winners must be present to win.
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, the winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, Big Y Foods, Inc., their corporate licensee, parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled, or has a change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.
The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
