General Refund Policy

All merchandise* is sold with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

If not completely satisfied, return product* with receipt for a full refund.
Without a receipt, we will gladly refund the lowest selling price from the past six months.

Any return greater than $5.00 will require approval of Manager in Charge.

Our Big Y Refund Policy is also posted at each store's Courtesy Booth.

*Please note; There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges on infant formula.
