(Sometimes referred to as Mexican Limes)

The small, yellowish green colored key lime is the size of a ping pong ball and more fragrant and less acidic than a lemon. A squeeze from Key Lime will enhance the flavor of many dishes including chicken, fish and vegetable soups. Add Key Lime slices to marinades, sauces and fruit salads.
The spectacular tangy sweet taste of limes will enhance your cooking in a very special way. Limes are one of the most important ingredients in tropical cuisines. Add slices of key limes to marinades, sauces, fruit salads, and pastries to enliven other flavors and awaken the taste buds.
