Do you accept coupons and/or Express Reward Coins with online orders?

Please give your coupons and/or coins with your payment to your personal shopper and they will be deducted from the total price just like a traditional in-store checkout.
Can I take advantage of Buy One/Get One FREE or Buy One/Get Two FREE offers?

And remember, if you purchase any Buy One/Get One FREE or Buy One/Get Two FREE items, please be sure you have ordered in multiples of two or three (depending on the offer) if you would like the free item(s). The correct pricing will then appear on your store receipt.
Will my order total always match the total I am quoted upon check out?

Coupons, coins and unadvertised specials will impact your total. Also, Big Y advertised circulars are effective from Thursday to Wednesday. You will be charged the current price of the items on the day the order is picked up. Your estimated total may vary from the actual total due to the current pricing on the day of pickup along with the minor price variations for items that are sold by weight.

How do I know my produce, dairy, meat and deli items will be fresh?

What if the product I order is not available?

Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock we will make every effort to contact you and substitute with an item as close to the size and price of the item ordered. If you would like to accept our substitution policy, just check the box provided. Please be sure to include your contact numbers so we can reach you. If an item(s) from our weekly sale circular is not available, we will issue a Rain Check(s) for the item(s) when you come to pick up your order.
Can I give my shopper special instructions about my order?
After placing each item in the shopping cart, you can add specific comments for each product. (Show More…)
Click on the text ‘add notes’ and you will be given a pop up box to enter instructions for your shopper.
You can also add instructions to your products while shopping from a saved shopping list. Click on the ‘add notes’ text and once again you are given a pop up box to enter your comments and specifications.
During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity, in the comments section, to add any further special instructions or comments for your order. Your comments can specify that you would like “Green Bananas” or “Extra Lean Turkey”, or if you want to allow for substitutions on all products except, for example, the milk you have selected, you can note that as well.

How do I save my cart?

You can also view your order history and view any previous carts and use them to start a new cart. Save a shopping cart to a list by going to the upper left corner of the page where you see the “List:” pulldown menu. Select %u2013New List%u2013 and type in a name or date for your list.
How do I copy a shopping list?
At the top of the product category pane (left) you will find the shopping list drop-down menu. (Show More…)
Select the shopping list you wish to copy. You will now see the shopping list. “Select All” items in the list, and “Add To Cart”. Next, click on the “View Cart” link either at the bottom of the cart (right) or above the tabs. Here you have the opportunity to delete any item you don’t want to carry over. Click “Save To List”. The Save To List page will appear with customization options.
Can I Sort How Products are Viewed?
You can change how products are sorted by using the “Sort” drop-down box located at the top of the product listing pages. (Show More…)
It has three options: Brand, Price, and Unit Price.
- Sorting by Brand will show you products grouped by their brands. This is the default sort.
- Sorting by Price will show you products from least to most expensive.
- Sorting by Unit Price will show you products sorted by their relative unit prices. Unit prices are shown to the left of the price.
Please be aware that when products with different units of measure (e.g. oz, quart, case, loaf) are shown they will be grouped together where their units of measure are related (e.g. products sold by the oz. and lb. will be sorted together because they are both units of weight). Products with very different units of measure will sort apart (e.g. products sold by the pint, quart, and gallon will be sorted together, yet separate from products sold by the oz. or lb. ).

How do I modify an order?

There are several reasons why this value may vary. To determine if a specific order may be changed, follow the My Account link at the top of the page. Select Order History. Your orders are listed here. If the “Change” link appears next to your order, you are able to change your order. Otherwise, please contact the store directly.
How do I cancel an order?

- Select ‘Order History’. A list of your orders is displayed.
- Select the CANCEL button to the right of the order you wish to cancel.
A warning message is displayed.
- If you DO NOT wish to cancel this order, select the “No, Return to Order History” button
- If you DO wish to cancel this order, select the “Yes, Cancel this order (order number).”
Once an order has begun to be fulfilled the CANCEL link explained above will no longer be available. If modifications to an order are required after the link is unavailable, please contact the store directly.
How/Where do I pay for my groceries?
Your payment will be processed at our store once your order has been completed. (Show More…)
You can choose to pay for your order either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, revolutioncard, Maestro, NYCE, QUEST), check, cash or Big Y Gift Cards.
BigY2GO orders are NOT processed via an internet payment service.
About Picking Up My Order
Where do I pick up my groceries?

Your order will be brought out to you. Please note that payment will be required at the time of pickup, and you will be required to have identification for verification of credit card or check payments plus your Big Y Express Savings Club Card used to order online.
