Roasted Red Peppers (jarred or homemade)
Marinated artichoke hearts
Chopped Black Olives (small can)
3-Lemon Pepper boneless Chicken breasts
1/2 cup to a cup of Italian Dressing (homemade or bottle of choice)
Preheat oven to 350
Cook pasta according package directions
Brush chicken breast with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning on both sides-place in foil lined pan and bake 45 minutes or until done
chop/dice roasted red peppers ( I usually chop up 3 for a whole box of pasta)
chop marinated artichoke hearts (1 to 1 1/2 cups)
Drain pasta and allow to cool. When chicken is done, cool slightly and dice chicken. Add to Pasta. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve cold.
