Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Master’s Degree in business administration (MBA) or an accreditation (CPA, CMA) preferred.
  3. Project management experience required.
  4. Effective written and oral communication skills.
  5. Ability to demonstrate leadership through his or her own example.
  6. Attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
  7. A positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to work.
  8. Ability to maintain high degree of ethics, integrity and confidentiality, as well as compliance with Company policies, procedures and standards.
  9. Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the department.
  10. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

FT/ Pharmacist, Killingly Connecticut

Requirements:

  1. Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state in which pharmacy is practiced.
  2. Must complete HIPAA training.
  3. Must be certified to administer vaccines in the state in which pharmacy is practiced.
  4. Ability to represent A Culture of Caring and The Pursuit of Excellence through Big Y’s Firm Foundations (Character, Collaboration, Personal Development, Actions & Results).
  5. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and businesslike conduct.
  6. Ability to operate within Company policies, procedures, and standards

  9. Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  10. Ability to learn and utilize computer applications.
  11. Must be at least 18 years of age.
